Work has commenced on stage one of Villa De MA, a joint development between CDMA and Metro Award. At its completed stage, Villa De MA will comprise 711 luxury apartments and townhouses.

Jasara Constructions has been appointed to deliver stage one of Villa De MA, a total of 152 units across two buildings, with two levels of basement parking.

Stage one construction is estimated to be completed by late 2020. Settlement is expected to occur in early 2021.
